Day 47: Deeper Than Business

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to tour ACCESS, Inc., an organization dedicated to empowering women and children experiencing homelessness.

It stirred something in me.

As a single working mom, it hit hard.
I know the pressure.
I know the weight of holding everything together.
And I know how powerful it is to feel seen, supported, and strong again.

🙏 Special thanks to Todd Bertsch for introducing me to ACCESS and for the incredible things he’s doing to support their mission.

People like him remind me that business can—and should—be used for good.

💡 I Haven’t Had the Official Conversation Yet…

But I already know this:
I want to get Cappell Fitness involved.

Not just as a trainer.
As a partner in rebuilding strength—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Fitness isn’t just about muscles.
It’s about identity.
It’s about power.
And I believe it can be a tool to help women at ACCESS find both again.
