From Foundation to Forward Motion: Week 5 Starts with Intent.

We’re officially into Week 5—and the energy has shifted.
This isn’t about getting started anymore.
It’s about leveling up.

Weekend Recap: Foundation, Fuel & Focus

📹 Video Content Creation: I spent the weekend working on fresh content—movement demos, warmups, and educational breakdowns to prep for online clients. It’s not about being polished—it’s about being useful.

💬 Learning From Other Trainers: I got hands-on insight from a local coach who’s been in the game. Watching how others train, communicate, and program is invaluable. Always stay a student.

🏋️‍♀️ Workout Plan Adjusted – 7-Day Split, No Rest Days:
Competition prep required a change. Here’s the current structure:

  • Day 1: Hamstring/Glute

  • Day 2: Shoulders

  • Day 3: Glutes

  • Day 4: Back/Biceps

  • Day 5: Push (Chest/Triceps/Shoulders)

  • Day 6: Quad/Glutes

  • Day 7: Back

🍗 Protein Intake: 125g/day. Not easy—but essential. Tracking everything. Fuel matters more than ever now.

Garage Gym Update

✅ Walls are primed
🎨 Painting began yesterday.

Of course the day I do this is after arm day!

This space will become my recording studio + personal training hub for virtual clients. DIY, but professional. This is the brand being built in real-time.

Outreach Plan This Week

🤝 3 Meetings Booked:

  • 2 potential partnerships with organizations

  • 1 meeting to finalize an alternative gym space

📬 Local Marketing:

  • Tuesday & Thursday: More flyers hitting targeted homes and businesses

💻 Online Marketing & Corporate Outreach (M/W/F):

  • Continued push for partnerships with companies that want to offer employee wellness as a benefit.

  • Content, connection, conversion.
