✅ Found a Potential Gym Space – I’ve identified a solid location that could work for training. The next step? Finalizing logistics, negotiating terms, and ensuring it aligns with my long-term strategy. This could be the home base I need to take this to the next level.
✅ Joined a Gym Launch Community – Learning from those ahead of me is the fastest way to grow. I’ve joined a gym launch community to absorb everything I can about client acquisition, systems, and scaling fitness businesses efficiently. This isn’t just about landing clients—it’s about creating something sustainable.
✅ More Flyers Out, More Eyes on Cappell Fitness – Another 50 flyers went out yesterday, bringing the total to 1,800 distributed. The goal isn’t just mass distribution anymore—it’s targeted placement where the right people will see them.
✅ Business Outreach is Relentless – The numbers are stacking:
