Day 12: Expanding Reach & Pushing Through

Twelve days in. Still grinding. Still executing. Still building.

I knew this challenge wouldn’t be easy—building something from zero never is.

Some days, it feels like I’m making huge strides. Other days, it feels like I’m just laying another brick with no clear sign of progress.

But that’s how real growth works. You don’t always see the results right away, but the work is compounding.

What I’ve Accomplished So Far:

✅ Picked up another 1,000 flyers – Local visibility is key, and I’m making sure Cappell Fitness is everywhere.

✅ Launched a free online community – A place to provide value, answer questions, and build relationships before anything else. Trust first, business second.

✅ Exploring online marketing strategies – I’ve been focused on local marketing, but it’s time to expand. Today, I’m diving deeper into Facebook ads, SEO, and audience growth strategies.

✅ Follow-ups with corporate wellness prospectsNetworking is great, but follow-ups close deals. I’m locking in meetings and positioning myself as the go-to fitness partner for businesses.

✅ Fully structured my schedule – Time-blocking is keeping me focused. Every hour is assigned, every task has a slot, and every action moves me forward.

Today’s Plan: Stacking More Wins

🚀 1. Distribute More Flyers & Test New Local Outreach Methods – Getting creative with where and how I market.

🚀 2. Expand Online Marketing – Experimenting with ads, content, and engagement strategies to reach more people beyond my local area.

🚀 3. Continue Business Outreach – Following up with organizations about corporate wellness programs and finding new prospects.

🚀 4. Engage More in My Free Online Community – I don’t just want members—I want an engaged, valuable space for people looking to improve their health.
