Checkpoint - Made It 50 Days

We’ve made it 50 days. Thanks for joining me this far.
Today is Day 51—and a LOT has happened.

This started with just me, showing up with zero leads, zero systems, zero safety net.

Now?

✅ Three people are joining the Cappell team

• A part-time executive assistant

• A business development lead

• A social media/internship position

Two are coming on board with revenue share models—meaning no money out of pocket right now, just shared growth.
One will be an internship.
We’ll revisit all of it at the start of Q2 to evaluate more traditional compensation if the growth supports it.

And it’s only possible because I built the systems first.
The execution created the opportunity to delegate and scale—faster and smarter.

🚀 Other Big Wins:

• ✅ Secured a gym space use agreement with one facility

• ✅ Lining up a second facility next

• ✅ Beginning early research into my own brick-and-mortar location—a future hub for personal training, team meetings, and hosting classes

💡 And with that…

I’m shifting from daily updates to weekly posts.
Not because I’m slowing down—but because I’m speeding up behind the scenes.

I want to continue delivering value, insights, and real data from this journey—but I’m taking the time I usually use to write these and pouring it directly into the grind.

So don’t worry—I’m still here.
Still building.
Still pushing.
